With over a decade of commercial know-how, Theo's the go-to guy, and has worked on various international projects for large enterprises such as; EY, PwC, Tetra Pak, GSK, and Boeing. He has juggled sales, marketing, customs, excise and corporate finance, making his mark in the USA, UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
Theo is on a mission to help brands turn their dreams into reality, creating and scaling up marketing campaigns and events that leave everyone screaming for more!
He has been playing golf for more than 35 years and been a contributing editor for over ten years, specialising in golf course and spa reviews. He has now played more than 200 different courses in over 10 countries. His handicap hovers between 7 & 10.

Meet Xico, your go-to wine enthusiast! Her wine journey kicked off in Jerez, Spain, where she fell head over heels for the fortified wines of the region. But hey, that's just the beginning – Xico is not just your average spa and wine lover; she's also the co-founder of a fantastic business.
When she's not swirling and sipping, Xico brings her A-game to the professional world. With a background in quality assurance and data management, she's been a productivity superhero for organisations such as; the NHS, Bupa Dental Care, and Surrey County Council.
And let's not forget her jet-setting side – Xico's got some serious international sales and marketing mojo.
